Pros

United Rentals is the most employee focused company that I have been associated with. From the compassion fund to internal promotion opportunity, there are very few companies that provide you the opportunity to start at any level and advance as quickly as the effort you give.

Pros

United Rentals is a family oriented company that puts employee safety first! They have a wonderful ERG programs that support our Military, Women In Construction, and Employee Compassion.

Cons

I've been with the company two years and can not think of any cons. It's a great company to work for.
