Pros

They value you as an employee and take time to assess your personal situation and find the best solution for you. Whether its spending time with family during the holidays or a tough day at work, management at United Rentals makes time for you. There's a lot of opportunity for growth and upward mobility.

Cons

Although I really like current management within the Sales Development Program, one of the managers can contribute to a negative work environment. I feel as though United Rentals could be more inclusive within the corporate climate with diversity.
