Pros

Company vehicle with gas card, expense account, great guys to work for at the branch level, good customer service to their customers, largest rental company so good brand recognition, good training's.

Cons

Pay, hours, micromanagement, too much middle management, to many reps per territory, typical corporate company atmosphere, meaning you are just a number and treated as such. they expect you to be in the field at around 6:30 am until 6:30 pm and then spend a couple hours a day on the computer for about $45,000 a year.
