Pros

Military friendly company. Bonuses each quarter determining store performance. Paid for uniforms and boots. Great training if needed. Get a phone and lab top.

Cons

For what needs to be done the pay is below par doing research on other companies. Get bounced around to doing call center and working at other stores due to be always short employees. Inside Sales is responsible for a lot and has to cover down on making decisions if manager is unfit to. Everything is last minute and can get a call anytime even on your time off. Very stressful working environment if everyone is not on the same page. Seems employees are just thrown into positions without the knowledge and training to see if that person will stick in that particular job.

Pros

Endless advancement opportunities, competitive pay, and great working environment.

Cons

It’s a publicly traded company. This isn’t your mom and pop.
