Pros

-Good Benefits -Company Vehicle -Constant Growth and Opportunity

Cons

-Location Based Experience with Higher-ups -"Uncapped Commission" but the possibility of another rep being hired and taking part of your territory when your revenue gets "too high" (again based on region and upper management)
