Pros

Good benefits, friendly Co workers, good pay, family friendly, opportunity for advancement and safe work environment.

Cons

Went through 6 managers in 6 years, I have ran location with remote management that came to get paperwork maybe once a week and was little help with issues concerning my location, I've had to train new managers. Also working counter can sometimes get overwelming with management unlikely to help. My last manager tried to change and add to my job roll to the point I couldn't do it.
