Pros

The company cares! Plenty of PTO, benefits are great, occasional corporate gifts

Cons

Management at my specific branch has made the job miserable. I hate seeing what would be a great workplace become how it is. 6 months into the job and if a mistake is made, my manager has quite literally jumped up and down screaming obscenities. He's created a very toxic workplace.

Pros

Our site went Union, so Pay, Benefits, Pension, the whole 9. Good hours, great work to home life. They offer a ton of things about mental health, which is awesome to see a corporation tackle something with a punishing stigma.

Cons

You are a slave to the customer. 100 percent. The only other con I can say would be absolutely dependent on location and whoever is running the location.
