Great benefits and pay. Upper management is very supportive. The company constantly looks for ways to improve training.

Pros

Women's united is a program they have to network and become aware of advancement opportunities in the company. Also a great company for veterans.

Cons

Can be slow to move up unless you are open to transferring. Too many people think the person who has been there longest deserves a promotion.
