Pros

Coworkers , 401k matching, overtime seasonally available for hourly employees

Cons

Your salary in the OSR position is 25k annually. Your commission is between 1-3% of the rental based on the rate you achieve. However to be competitive in your market it's rarely possible to earn more than 1%. Another disadvantage is the splitting of territories. Territories that used to have one rep now have 3. Senior reps are making less than ever. The favoritism aspect others have commented is definitely true. Your DSM and DM that you work for will make or break your career.

Pros

- Great Team to work with - Had Fun - Good Pay compared to other industries

Cons

- Due to the downturn in the economy, there were many lay offs and for the staff members who were left, they had to pick up the slack. - Work life balance is a challenge.
