Pros

I have a good territory and I work hard so my commissions are high. No one bother me

Cons

Very low base salary. very low commission percentage. I am just a number, no one cares. as I make more money they are trying to find ways to stop it. Very corporate, to a point a lot does not make sense

Pros

Hourly pay is much better than similar positions at other companies.

Cons

It is frowned upon to ~only work 40 hours a week. Everyone is expected to work overtime. That is until they "accidentally" overhire, reduce your hours, and consistently hang your job over your head. Benefits suck. You can accrue a max of 10 days paid vacation but this is essentially impossible unless you work every single day without ever taking one of those accrued days. You can only accrue 6 sick days. Accrual rate is insanely slow. Benefits do not improve until you've been with the company for 5 years and even then they're still terrible. It's a man's world. Male counterparts who clearly have no idea what they're doing have repeatedly been chosen over me and other female colleagues for progressively responsible duties that we then have to assist them with. I am spoken down to daily by men who clearly think I'm just a dumb woman. Plenty of racist and sexist comments as everyone in my office clearly loves Trump. Insulting and condescending sales competitions where you can earn a free lunch while the salesmen will get thousands in commissions on your sales. Very cult like corporate culture where everyone's life is expected to revolve completely around united rentals. These people truly believe they work for the best company in the world because they don't know anything else. Sterile, uninviting office in too close quarters. Knocking elbows with the person next to me. Very loud and unproductive environment. Slow and outdated technology. Internet speeds would have been decent in 2008. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement which was a big reason for me taking the job, but now that I've seen firsthand what these roles are like I have no desire to pursue any of them.
