Proprietary application used for 100% of work activities is deeply powerful, but cumbersome, out of date, and poorly maintained. Inside Sales Reps have access to a quarterly bonus program, but have relatively limited ability to actually affect payout as total amount is tied to both overall location performance as well as district performance.
