Pros

Great National Accounts program that benefits the sales reps

Cons

Horrible atmosphere. If it weren't for the non-compete contracts with the sales team, the good ones would all be gone.

Pros

It's a good job. Room for advancement.

Cons

Unfortunately, in this market (austin) I was originally leading up to become and Outside Sales Rep but they began hiring only good looking women for the job. These women had no rental experience and couldn't tell you the difference between a backhoe and forklift.
