Pros

Great people and great opportunities for advancement. They treat their employees extremely well. Pay and bonuses are usually good and benefits are awesome.

Cons

The upper management can be a little power hungry at times. Also, the sales team basically tries to run things so the operational side of the branch can get a little stressful at times.
