Great Team from RVP all the way down to District Managers and Branch Managers and Service Teams.

Cons

Not a lot of Growth opportunities unless you are a part of the "Good Ole Boy Club".

Company Truck Work independently mostly Company Phone with Unlimited Hotspot that you can also use personally Company expense card for any job related expenses I.E Customer lunches, gifts, etc Ok base salary and Uncapped earning potential

Cons

Depends on your manager Some want you on your first job site at 6:30AM and can be micromanaged Have to be on call after hours around every 5 weeks for a whole week and take calls after 5pm Little to no training - learn by trial by fire
