Pros

There really is a lot of potential to make a lot of money. How much you want to make depends on how much work you put in, and what you willing to do to earn business, win the deal, get that 'yes' from the customer.

Cons

At my location there was absolutely no teamwork or feeling of camaraderie. Everyone was out to work or protect themselves and as a result the job was many times harder than it should have been. There was also an overwhelming amount of sexism going on at my location. Rarely that I feel respected at my workplace, and because of that I only lasted 15 months

Pros

Good Pay and benefits, laptop, cell phone

Cons

Hardly any training, no guidelines, horrible morale, some employees treat others horribly and it goes unnoticed because they are "a good employee." Different expectations for each employee. Very unequal work environment. No diversity, all white males in higher up positions.

Pros

There is so much opportunity to jump into this industry and gain lots of experience, especially in the sales and leadership arena. The company really tries to invest in employee development.

Cons

We run so lean, it can be overwhelming at times to do the work that really might be better distributed among more heads. In both sales and leadership capacities, work will come home with you.
