Pros

United rentals is a good company to work for. They have descent benefits and the pay is okay. The employees get a long and help out where they are needed.

Cons

They say they promote from with-in, but do not. I was told a few lies about upper mobility. There is a good ol' boy network, if you are in it you will go far.
