Pros

Cool people to work with. Pretty flexible schedule. Opportunity to advanced if you're able to move or if you know somebody.

Cons

Open positions more often than not seem to be promised to someone else and are only posted for legal reasons. Company seems to do a lot of hiring from outside. Typical office politics and playing favorites.

Pros

United rentals is a great place to work. Hard work = success. Lots of Opp for development.

Cons

Strong business values. Better communication between sale and opps would make company more effective. Changes to corporate structure will help growth.
