Very low moral

Pros

All politics. If your regional or district manager is your friend, you are all set. Otherwise, good luck.

Cons

Very low moral in sales team No real sales leadership. Just sell used equipment and get new accounts, even if they don't have enough equipment for current customers

Pros

Some great people and most are hardworking. Pay is very competitive for Sales Reps. Many positions for different skill sets.

Cons

Will hire more based on seniority and United experience. Acquisition employees are weeded out quickly in strong United Markets. Sales environment is not team oriented.
