Cons

Horrible management, horrible HR horrible policies. If you get hurt and it's 100% an accident your at fault and they WILL throw you under the bus

Pros

Cool employees and great culture. Really joked around a lot. If you are into construction then it is good for you but other wise it is not.

Cons

You're just a number to upper management. They don't care for your true well being. I was promised a certain position or promotion after a certain and didn't receive it.
