Pros

Organized management processes, Higher level support for branches, maintenance management programs, online and in person training programs. Branch level manangement support small business atmosphere. Selling old euqipmetn after a few years of use and replacing with new equipment.

Cons

Disorganized transportation and equipment movement processes. Culture supports aggressive business practices to get equipment for rentals from other branches.

Pay was decent, company vehicle, and working with customers.

Cons

Always someone breathing down your neck, constantly changing directions of the company, thought they were able to tell customers how to do business.
