Pros

United Rentals is an amazing company to work for. Not only is my salary higher than the Industry standard but I have excellent benefits as well! I also appreciate the team oriented culture my opinion is frequently sought after and considered in the decision making process.

Cons

Sometimes important decisions about new initiatives or practices can take too much time to move through the corporate chain of command.

Pros

The senior leadership continues to push the company in the direction of true progress, innovation and equality in an industry that has not traditionally fostered those values.

Cons

The high speed pace of growth and innovation create challenges in terms of a work/life balance. It comes from a positive place, people are excited about the direction and willing to follow the leadership, but it sometimes gets lost that we should be able to have the energy to enjoy our families and free time as well to make us better employees overall.
