Pros

I have been with United Rentals for close to 7 years now and still love it. There is ton of opportunity to growth, the company take great care of their employees and there is no ego at any level. United Rentals have a great culture where team work is at the forefront and it shows.

Cons

As much as there is opportunity to grow you need to be willing to put the extra work to get the opportunity. The rental world is a fast paced industry and you need to know this before joining it.
