Pros

I find the equipment fun to work on and there’s never a lack of work to be had. I was allowed all the hours I could want, and they start you off at a good rate

Cons

Management is always making people promises then letting people down. I’ve been let down multiple times. Once you start don’t expect a decent raise or any bonus. Every-once in awhile you might get some company stock.

Pros

Base pay is minimum but great potential for large commission , provided with pick up truck, cell phone, credit card

Cons

Long Hours, lack of management attention, company isn’t that happy when you ask for days off, your clients will call you on your days off, feels like your on call all the time
