Pros

Great people for the most part, capable of helping customers with many resources at hand. Benefits are better than average.

Cons

zero teamwork between branches, vast amounts of time spent ensuring that other branches are not hurting your business. Company is always trying to shift directions, they need to stick to renting quality equipment.

Pros

I was able to gain a lot of exposure on running a business. Very bottom line driven organization that got results.

Cons

The company lacked work life balance. Always have some kind of fires to put out. Manangement were very demanding and did not show much for support.
