Pros

You have Job security because there’s always a high turnover rate.

Cons

You have to threaten to quit to get any time of raise. You’re on call 24/7 and get yelled at if you don’t answer the first ring. If you’re good at your job they want to keep you at that position forever.

Pros

Good benefits and some and I do mean SOME good people

Cons

Pay is horrible for senior employees but UR will hire new hires with no knowledge and give them more money than the senior employees. Management does not care about employees only numbers.. management will refuse to promote some employees even though the employee is really good at their job all because of personal feelings. Some hourly employees get bonuses and some don’t. Management NEVER acknowledges service departments and just what the service departments do that keeps this company going!!!!!
