Pros

Provides competitive pay, company vehicle, and a culture that always recognizes its top performers. They also have an all employee fund that provides financial support to team members whether they go through a natural disaster or fall upon hard times.

Cons

Need to be available during off hours to support customers that can impede on personal time.

Great Company

Pros

Great company that invests in their employees. Pay can be very good, depending on success of the business. Truly care about employees and their wellbeing. They provided me with the training to be successful and make money for them at the same time.

Cons

Too much time is spent on tasks around the branch and not on the customer. At times they seem to be more worried about if your yard or shop are in order instead of focusing on repairing equipment and making it ready for the next customer. There were way too many calls and meetings, again taking away the focus on the customer.
