Pros

Very Fast Paced, Best Rental Equipment Available, Safety Culture is paramount. Ability to rent equipment for person use at very discounted rate. Benefits are decent but only if you are not a bonused tiered employee if so, they are average to good. Fun working out contractor orders and helping find a solution to their equipment needs. Advancement opportunities depending on regional managers and area individual is living in. (Rural areas tend to be forgotten about even though they are hitting or exceeding numbers) Great overall training with equipment and software usage, you will learn about the equipment industry very quickly.

Cons

Based on district equipment sourcing, dispatch and logistics can be the biggest challenge. Constant metric, number and phone tracking. Very demanding when equipment is needed at times. Constant correspondence with phone, email sometimes with little to no breaks in the day, leaving exhausted mentally unusually after closing hours. Pay could be better as well as vacation days/etc.

Pros

The pay was decent and benefits were average.

Cons

Reliable Onsite (porta-John) division only cares about revenue. They simply could have cared less about safety.
