United Rentals good , branch bad

Pros

Good pay, good benefits. I believe corporate and the CEO have the right idea. I think that they need to monitor branches and get rid of bad managers.

Cons

As with another reviewer. I work at a good ole boy branch. With the Favoritism and all the other isms. You advance with total allegiance to the manager. Management has complete disconnect with the ones who do the work. Safety is a big concern. I put this in the cons as I grew up in the time when safety was your responsibility, So don't like the safety gestapo. United Rentals is no different than any other corporation in this respect.
