really unorganized and everybody is in charge! you will have at least 3 bosses all of which want something completely different than the others. You will be backstabbed I guarantee it.

Pros

The salary is very generous but you work for it, which is to be expected. All employees, including upper management and HR are very engaging. I highly recommend you consider USS for future employment. I've been in numerous positions over the course of my career and had by far the best employment experience while working for this company. The company has top notch leadership. The quality of the office setting is second to none.

Cons

Nothing really substantial worth noting. Any company you work for will always have cons but I can't recall anything I was dissatisfied with worth mentioning.
