Pros

None. Don't let them fool you it's strictly a call center.

Cons

Everything. It's a call center job disguised as sales. They make you circle up in the morning and do cheers before phone calls like a junior high girls softball team. It's humiliating as an adult to work here. Everyone is miserable.

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We're concerned to hear that this has been your experience. Feeling respected, clearly informed about role expectations and comfortable in the workplace is important to us. Inside sale roles here are customer-facing and phone-driven, and we aim to be transparent about that during the hiring process. Team huddles and engagement activities are intended to build energy and connection, but we understand that different approaches resonate differently, and it's important those efforts never feel uncomfortable or forced. We take feedback like this seriously and encourage you to share your concerns directly with your manager or HR so we can better understand what's not working and make meaningful improvements. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel supported and heard, and we appreciate you speaking up.

Pros

Working from home and pay. Managers were all nice.

Cons

Every phone call is timed and you are judged for the amount of time you are on and off the phone.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you value the flexibility of working from home and the supportive relationships with your managers. We understand that call monitoring and time tracking can feel stressful at times. These tools are used to help ensure consistent customer service and equitable workloads across the team, not to create micromanagement. That said, we recognize how important it is to balance performance expectations with trust, autonomy and wellbeing and we continue to review our processes with that in mind. We appreciate your perspective and encourage open conversations with your manager if anything feels overwhelming. Your feedback helps us keep improving the employee experience.
