Pros

Great amenities and pay. Some great people work there but leadership is an oxymoron. Novel ideas for organ manufacturing.

Cons

Give negative reviews or references to potential employers when background checks are done both officially and unofficially. Don't leave on bad terms even if you are in the right. They don't espouse the values they preach and put patient lives at risk in order to meet quarterly earnings.
