The job was fully remote which was a plus and they were flexible.

Cons

Management is fake and don’t care about their employees. I had a manager tell me I was doing great on Friday and terminated me that Monday. With no warning or coaching. Management never once said I had any opportunities. That goes to show they don’t care ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about their employees or their situations. Work somewhere that cares about your well-being and family. You’re just a number to them.
