Pros

This is an excellent organization to work for. I felt valued, important, and empowered due to seeing my efforts pay off.

Cons

It can be easy to become “burned out” working here, as it’s very fast-paced. You must make a conscious effort to care for yourself.

Pros

This job allows independent work, critical thinking and little to no micromanagement (with the right manager).

Cons

The credit balance side of the business needs to be more transparent about the goings on of the business.

Pros

Very difficult to come up with any pros. Initial experience with hiring manager was great, but down hill from there. Stay away if you value your health.

Cons

Very unorganized. Management not in tune with the lynch mob mentality on the floor. They drove an excellent manager out on medical leave, she recieved no support from her upper management. Management set me up for failure from day one with a training program that is a joke. No infrastructure in place and current manager over me is a joke. No sick time anything you miss will be an occurrence no matter what the situation is. At 4 you go on an a cap. Quality management scores are a joke. Benefits are horrible. They dont value there employees, the core values....yeah right. Not even remotely a part of culture. Run as fast as you can away. You will enter the seventh circle of hell coming here.
