Working in TDP gives you perks many other tracks and positions don’t. The rest of the company seems to understand you’re there to improve the business. This gives you access to upper management, SMEs, and the best resources Optum offers. This position also has great employee stock purchasing and 401k matching.

At times it can feel a little bureaucratic

This company is a stepping stone to something better.

Cons

Company treats employees like childern, lots of back stabbing, no room for advancement, and below market compensation. Every couple of years, here comes a big merger and people lose their jobs. Not a place you want to stay for more than a couple of years.
