Work from home—no human interaction No culture—despite them trying to build culture via a conference call Interview was not with manager—too impersonal No career development Manager/mentor didn't know what to do with me—unorganized Not enough work—2 hrs tops a week Work was all just admin related—nothing impactful Others left the program within a year from dissatisfaction

Very big. Has essentially doubled in size in 5 years. Culture is stressed, but I find that each office has it's own culture.
