Pros

Awesome perks for an out of college/entry level job (salary is decent-good, vacation time etc.) No matter where you end up, you'll learn a lot simply because it is your first job. Development opportunities are pretty good and depending on your location, you can attend conferences, summits, leadership panels etc. It's a huge and well known company

Cons

It's a huge company -- coming from college you may be used to fast paced projects. Nothing here goes fast... ever. TDP is really dependent on your role (technical or non-technical), luck and your location. --Technical folks seem to have a good time and there are lots of opportunities to improve your skills. Non-technical TDPs get the short end of the stick when it comes to choice of rotations. -- Your luck matters too since you don't really get to choose your first rotation. Some teams are just better than others. --Finally, location is so important in TDP, if you are in a smaller branch office, your experience in TDP will NOT be the same as in MN, NJ or another large office. Keep that in mind.

Pros

Lots of opportunities. Fortune 12. Pay is okay.

Cons

Very big. Has essentially doubled in size in 5 years. Culture is stressed, but I find that each office has it's own culture.
