They’re constantly sending out surveys, and the surveys aren’t anonymous. This is the first job I’ve had where I only get PTO and not separate sick time — and you only qualify for sick time if you live in certain states. Everything is built around metrics. If you don’t set up enough medication deliveries, or if a customer gives you a bad survey score, you don’t get the QVC bonus and you won’t get a pay raise during your annual review. On top of that, they’ll put you on a corrective performance action plan. It just feels like everything is stacked against you

Extremely toxic culture with layoffs consistently handing overhead. Quarterly reviews and suggestions for improvement are acknowledged and immediately discarded. Constant internal and external news about disgusting practices demoralizes many around you.
