-Peers and direct reports were genuinely nice people and hard working employees that attempted to complete required work loads with quality work. -Good Benefits -Average Salary -Decent transitional job while waiting for something better. -You will walk away having learned 1. It can always be worse, 2. how to deal with poor leadership, 3. how to not treat employees that report to you.

Cons

-Vulgar and Toxic leadership that cannot be trusted. -Very Poor life\work balance for salaried employees. -No room for career growth -Corporate in France seems to not value the Rochester site and its employees

Those in leadership positions had not a clue as to how to lead. Terminating employment without reason or warning was considered legitimate under "At Will"
