Pros
Good technology for small to medium business. Support team is solid and care about the customers.
Cons
The company is run like a prison camp with snacks. The culture changes on a dime and there is a fog in the air of "I'm getting fired" all the time, please know that it is ALL the time. Employee turnover is so high that whole teams are in flux and wiped out or people quite and they scramble to fill roles on teams. They farm their customers so hard and so often that it's almost disrespectful to the relationship. There are good team members that put their head down and work, however if you for one moment think you are safe you are so very wrong.
