      There are like 5 good people

      Cons

      If you want 0 life outside of work, 0 support from leadership and all the blame for not doing well this is the place for you. All of these positive reviews are either encouraged by the company (which they do) from someone that hasn’t been there any length of time or someone who thinks if they leave a nice review they’ll get a promotion.

      Pros

      Great people (coworkers), fun environment, decent pay on base, some management try to promote more for BDR's in general in regards to work space, load, and reward. Flexible PTO is a plus.

      Cons

      Commission pay is low relative to deals/wins, Management is all over the place in regards to updates and growth. There is a stigmatism within the BDR role where you are somewhat belittled to others within the sales group due to title. Benefits are low for healthcare/maternity - parental leave.
