There are free snacks when they are available.

Cons

The new management team has no sense of direction and the fight to be top dog is ridiculous. The morale is low. Everyone is being stretched in a thousand different directions because of cut backs. This company was once a great place to work but that is no longer the case.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn. There were also opportunities to advance to other positions. Great group of people to work with. Lots of techie perks like Happy Hour, Nerf gun fights and free snacks.

Cons

Nothing serious. As the company began to grow, the perks disappeared. It is phone support...nuff said. Company was going through lots of growing pains so change was constant.
