Fast-paced. You get to work with knowledgeable, driven people on cutting-edge technologies and competitive products. The management team is focused on growing the business. They frequently provide nice perks like free food. The benefits package is generous.
Cons
Can be stressful and require long hours and weekends, especially at the end of a release cycle.
Awesome and helpful developers and engineers with varied industry experience. Very talented and inspiring people who help you achieve the best you can under their guidance. Awesome products lineup will boost the company revenue for sure.
Cons
From engineering perspective: There is very little importance given to testing and quality assurance. QA team is very small and needs upgrading and proper training. New strategies should be used to sustain growth probably with use of agile methodologies rather than using age old waterfall model.

Thank you for sharing your opinions. We are continuing to make investments in our test processes and resources. There is never enough money but I am comfortable in the leadership we have in place and the progress we are making.
Please give me a call to discuss other things that you think we should be doing. Thanks - Kevin
