Management. Power hungry people. Especially in admissions. Experienced a lot of racism in my time there as well

Bullying, workplace mobbing, brow-beating lateral violence, racism, beligerence are all extremely prevalent. An extreme version of the most punitive work culture imaginable exists here. The payroll and HR departments treat employess as if they are overseers of servants. There are scant few people here that will even speak to each other. There is no value of politeness, and very few here with the slightest bit of soft skills.
