Pros

They try to work with you for scheduling and trained me for the position I had so I was very grateful for that.

Cons

I worked there for 7 months and during that period saw multiple nurses leave for better paying jobs, had 5 new coworkers, and saw many other floor experience the same. The benefits and the respect towards employees could be alot higher. A bonus of $25 for Christmas and no holiday pay (a free cafeteria lunch) isn't work the risk sometimes.
