Pros

I have always been able to get the hours I need to help my paycheck. They helped me go to school and earn my license and will continue to help me further if I chose to do so.

Cons

The main Con is the pay for nurses is very low when compared to other hospitals. The pay for aids and TECHs is also too low. I say this about the UAP because they do a huge portion of the hard work in caring for the patients and they bare make over minimum wage.
