Pros

You will work with really passionate people, you can see everyone loves the company, Unity values and there’s no mediocrity. The company offers flexibity, good conditions and trusts the employees oh and listens. I would say making the workplace great is one of Unity’s biggest priorities. 2019’s roadmap should be a good enough reason to keep everyone excited

Cons

If you like to be given a list of tasks and just check in and out giving the minimum effort, maybe this is not your place, you are surrounded by top talent and you should behave like one (everyone should like a challenge right?). I can’t believe some of the bad reviews posted here, they either are written by competition or by an employee with far more personal problems than work ones... honestly ignore those
