Pros

Unity is growing a lot these days - adding people, products and services. It's a very exciting time and the energy here is high. There is always plenty to do.

Cons

Because we are growing quickly, we're also experiencing a few growing pains as we figure out how to maintain the indie/startup culture.

Pros

Working at Unity has given me the opportunity to advance my skills and also find a ton of new friends in the process. I have enjoyed every minute and hope to be with the company for a long time! There are also great benefits, excellent compensation, and lunch served every day at the office!

Cons

None! Be expected to have a good attitude and be accountable for your own work!

Pros

Even with all the recent growth Unity is still in it's infancy of ideas, processes and systems. So joining the company allows you to utilize all your strengths and truly make an impact. Plus the visibility that leadership provides into the direction of the company is refreshing. I've never seen C-Suite leaders openly engage in discussion/debate with all employees about product ideas, roadmap etc. Keep it up!

Cons

With so much growth there has been a certain level of friends hiring friends. While referrals are great if too much overlap is done when hiring it can start to create an alienating environment for others.
