Fast growing company but comes with the growing pains. Company is still in the midst of the transformation from a medium size company to a large company.

Great Culture, Fast Growing Company Top level exec is very knowledgable

Cons

The lack of clarity in the direction of growth results in huge inefficiencies. Org chart needs to be revamped. Way too many overlaps. Comp is not very competitive
