      Pros

      Everything is a team effort, you will get plenty of help when needed. Benefits are very good there, work flow is fast paced on some floors.

      Cons

      Pays raises suck you only get maybe up to .25¢ yearly based on your job performance throughout the year. You get timed closely on breaks and lunchs. And a lot of other employees will tell on you if they see you doing something wrong, feels like your in kindergarten.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great, very dedicated to their professions.

      Cons

      So-so pay, expensive health insurance with high deductibles and numerous exclusions (work in health care but exclude health care services from benefits!).

      Pros

      Better than other local hospitals. Feel the level of patient care is better there too. Management is better too, clear guidance and structure.

      Cons

      Can't advance until you have been there for at least six months. Very hectic paced job. Hard to deal with doctors attitudes as well.
