Pros
Where I work there is a good atmosphere- in many ways, like family. Overall, we all realize that each person is valuable.
Cons
The cons are that because the face of healthcare is changing, the workplace is too..do more with less, streamlining to the hilt, a bit less people oriented, and more machine-like. Corporate healthcare versus local, family healthcare. There are good outcomes for patients, but employees feel it.
